Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2026 · speedupvisa.com
These terms govern your use of speedupvisa.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Accessible Justice Inc. operates this website under the brand names SpeedUpVisa and 51催办. It is a Delaware C corporation, registered with the California Secretary of State, with its principal place of business in Menlo Park, California 94025. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the site" mean Accessible Justice Inc. and this website.
Accessible Justice Inc. is not a law firm. It does not practise law, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent anyone in any court or before any agency. It complies with the laws prohibiting the unauthorised practice of law in every jurisdiction in which it has a presence or conducts business.
The legal services described on this site are provided by licensed attorneys — at LYD Law, and by member attorneys admitted in the client's jurisdiction. Those attorneys, not this website, evaluate cases, exercise legal judgment, sign court filings under Rule 11, and bill for legal work. Where a matter is referred to a member attorney, the referral is made in accordance with ABA Model Rule 1.5(e) and its counterparts, with the client's written consent.
2. Nothing here is legal advice
Everything on this site — the process description, the fee page, the FAQ, the self-assessment tool, the sample case tracker — is general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has reviewed your actual documents.
Immigration law, federal court rules, filing fees and agency processing times all change. Figures and citations on this site are believed accurate on the effective date above and are not maintained in real time. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
This site is attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. A mandamus action seeks to compel an agency to make a decision. It does not seek, and cannot produce, a guarantee that the decision will be favourable. Nobody can promise you an approval, and we do not.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Using this site does not make you a client. Neither does submitting the contact form, receiving a reply, or speaking with someone about your case.
An attorney-client relationship is created only when you and a law firm sign a written engagement agreement. Until that happens, no lawyer is acting for you, no deadline is being calendared on your behalf, and nothing is being filed for you.
Information you send before that point is nonetheless treated as prospective-client information under ABA Model Rule 1.18. See our Privacy Policy.
4. The self-assessment tool
The "60-second check" compares the wait you enter against processing times USCIS has published, and against thresholds we maintain. It runs entirely in your browser and tells you nothing about your case that a lawyer has looked at.
- It is an estimate, not an opinion and not a prediction.
- Published processing times change monthly and describe a cohort, not your file.
- A result suggesting you may qualify is not advice to file. A result suggesting you may not is not advice against it.
- Whether a mandamus action is appropriate is a legal judgment, and only the attorney handling your matter can make it.
5. USCIS data and non-affiliation
We are a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency.
We do not use the seal, insignia or other visual identity of DHS, USCIS, myUSCIS, E-Verify or any other government system, and nothing on this site should be read as implying government endorsement of our services.
Where we retrieve case status information from USCIS on your behalf — with your express consent and only for your own case — that information comes from USCIS and is only as current and as complete as what USCIS publishes. Status can lag actual agency action, and an absence of movement in the system does not by itself establish anything. We present retrieved status as information, never as a determination of your case.
How that data is handled is set out in section 6 of our Privacy Policy: purpose limitation, own-case-only queries, no sale or secondary use, and deletion on the same schedule as the rest of your file.
Checking your own case status with USCIS is free. You can do it yourself at any time on the USCIS website, and you never have to pay us or anyone else for it. What we charge for is the legal work described under section 6, not access to government information.
6. Fees
The flat fee stated on this site is the current published price for the scope of work described alongside it — intake, records collection, venue analysis, complaint drafting, federal court filing, and service of process — and, as stated there, includes attorney fees, the court filing fee and service costs.
The fee published here is an offer of terms, not a contract. The signed engagement agreement controls: it defines the actual scope, what is and is not included, and what happens if the matter ends early. Where it differs from this site, it governs. Published prices may change; the price that applies to you is the one in your agreement.
7. What you send us
Send only information you have the right to send. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their authority.
Until an engagement agreement is in place, please keep submissions to what is needed to evaluate whether we can help — do not send original documents or complete files. We are not responsible for material you send unsolicited, and sending it does not create any obligation on our part.
8. Privacy and accessibility
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes exactly what we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it, how to have it deleted, and what happens on a breach or a change of ownership. We do not sell personal information, for profit or for any other monetary transaction.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure how it is used and which advertisements lead to an enquiry, with ads personalisation switched off. They set cookies for that purpose; see section 3 of the Privacy Policy. Nothing you type into the contact form is sent to Google. You can switch analytics off at any time with the opt-out link in the site footer — 「不参与统计」 on the Chinese pages, Opt out of analytics on the English ones; the site works identically either way. The Privacy Policy, Terms and Accessibility Statement carry no analytics and are not measured at all; the only script they run is our host's, which restores the contact email addresses from the obfuscated form that keeps them out of reach of address-harvesting bots.
We build this site to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard incorporated by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Our Accessibility Statement records what we have measured, what is still imperfect, and how to report a barrier — we commit to acknowledging within 5 business days and to fixing or providing an alternative within 30 days.
9. Acceptable use
Do not:
- submit false information, or impersonate another person;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest or bulk-download this site;
- submit the contact form by automated means, or attempt to flood it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, or probe or test its security;
- interfere with the site's operation, or with anyone else's use of it;
- use the site to violate any law.
We may block access for any of the above.
10. Content and trademarks
The text, design, code and graphics on this site are owned by Accessible Justice Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell or use the content to build a competing service.
SpeedUpVisa, 51催办 and the hummingbird mark are our marks. Form numbers (I-485, N-400, and similar), agency names and statutory citations are used descriptively and belong to their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it — including processing times, fees, thresholds and legal citations — is complete, current or accurate at the moment you read it.
Nothing in this section limits any duty a lawyer owes you under an engagement agreement or under the applicable rules of professional conduct. Those duties are not disclaimed here and cannot be.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accessible Justice Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of this site.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted. As above, this section does not limit an attorney's professional obligations to a client.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of these terms or your use of this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, where our principal place of business is located.
This clause governs use of the website. It does not govern any attorney-client engagement, which is subject to the dispute resolution terms of the engagement agreement and to the professional conduct rules of the jurisdiction in which the attorney is admitted.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
